Both aforementioned terms are paradoxical to each other. The latter is the minute entity of the former one. It requires the dealing experience of a person when people come all together or man-to-man. Different persons can have a different experience in context to their own situations, a person doing a government job in primary school can have a different contemplation about how to handle the students, in contrast with the teacher who has become the handler of students at university, thereby things can vary according to the environment and situation you are wielding with.  

 

Experience in dealing with a child at an academic level is not applicable at the individual level. Dealing with the child as an aggroup requires confidence, clarity of your deliverance, and a little understanding of the child's behavior. This bumpy road apprises you with many lessons by errs. And a man should learn from past mistakes. Some children know the language of fear, and some can be mesmerized by love.  

  

People speak different languages, but you might have come across a universal language that doesn't require any verbal connection. For instance, try to convey your message to a disabled person who is deaf and mute as well, you will know the motif I want to disseminate. Fear and love are enchained with one another. The fear of losing love constantly keeps you on edge. Once a child develops a healthy bond with you, this makes the child thirst to remain a model student in your eyes, and you will become an embodiment of him.  

 

Being in the profession of teacher, a mucho responsibility comes on the shoulder of the person. Your first day as a teacher makes you piddly nervous and your body releases a flight and fights a hormone called Endorphin which tranquilizes your body. As time passes- time is constant it never ceases - it becomes your matter of course and the fear disappears. Why does it disappear then? Why not early? Therefore, that is on you to think. The apprehension we were facing earlier has faded away. But can the same MO stand in the relevancy of our previous perception of dealing with people? Opinions can vary from person to person but candidly speaking, I don't think so. Why do I have this corollary? It has educated me on my sophistication. Dealing with a child or person as a solo entity is immensely based on how he becomes the proponent of your creed. Predominantly, this presumption can also be apposite in the case of children and animals, once they find you amigo, you form a solidified nexus which remains until you cross the line. Why is this imaginary line paramount in any affinity? Does it restrain us from crossing the barrier? If yes then how so, if not then why.
